Most projects run four to twelve weeks from kickoff to production, depending on the work and the state of the data. The assessment before it takes about a week. If the work is larger than that, we split it into stages that each deliver something usable.
The first call is to see whether there's a fit. If there is, the assessment is the first paid step: a one-off fee, after which you can stop with no further commitment. Every project after that is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, agreed before work begins.
Yes. Code, documentation and infrastructure access are yours, with no licence, no lock-in and no dependency on us to keep it running. Your team can maintain it, or we can stay on for a support retainer. Neither is required. If something breaks after handover and it's our fault, we fix it.
In most cases, yes. We build on the databases, cloud accounts and tools you already run, and recommend something new only when the alternative would cost you more in the long term. A lot of the work is finishing something that already exists: a spreadsheet, a half-built internal tool, a model that never left a notebook. We assess what's there first, then quote the gap.

You need someone who can explain the process and approve the output. A weekly review is enough for most projects. We work directly with the people who will use the system, not through a chain of project managers.
